How to Post a Hospitality Job on Hcareers

Welcome to Hcareers, we’re glad to be your partner in successful talent recruitment for your open hospitality role(s)! 

This is your guide to posting your first open role on your new recruiter dashboard and company profile on Hcareers. Please follow the steps below: 

Step 1: Log into your Hcareers recruiter dashboard and find the “Post Job” button

Step 2: Fill in the information about the specific role 

*Hcareers Tip – once you begin typing the job title, a drop-down will appear. Pick the job title out of the list populated.

Step 3: Fill in all of the information about the specific role including the job description, requirements, salary information, and how you would like people to apply to the role (directly on Hcareers or through an external applicant tracking system).

Step 4: Click “Next” when all of the information looks good and you will see a summary of the type of job the specific role is (management or standard). Press “Publish”, and your job will be live! 

*Hcareers Tip – if you are not ready to publish the job, you can also save the draft and return to it at a later time, so your work will not be lost!
